Having a great idea for a food business is easy part. Turning that idea into a sustainable business is another story. This is an introductory course on starting and operating a food business. We’ll work to demystify regulations, commercialization, home production, manufacturing, pricing, and much more.
This program is for food entrepreneurs interested in, or are in the early stages of, producing a value-added product. Looking to develop the newest food craze or make Newman’s Own weep? This is for you.
