Small Potatoes and the Onondaga Small Business Development Center are partnering to present a workshop series about starting and growing a food business. The series will consist of six 2-part programs. Each program pairs a workshop and a related event like a panel discussion, site visit, or hands on exercise that highlights the diverse work and experiences of other foodpreneurs across the food system. The series will provide a nose to tail look at running a food business, from home production through taking your product to a regional scale, and everything in between.
