Running a Great
Farmers Market Booth

THIS PROGRAM IS POSTPONED

For existing businesses, the farmers market can be at the core of their business. For start up food products the market can serve as an incubator. A place to meet their customers, learn about their product, and learn from their peers. A season working the market can provide a new foodpreneur with priceless insights into their product and the market, as well as a weekly influx of cash.

The Onondaga SBDC and Small Potatoes are partnering to present the workshop Running a Great Farmers Booth. This program will give practical tips on selling at a farmers market while maximizing the return on the time you invest there. We’ll cover choosing the right market, display building, customer service, capturing wholesale accounts at the market, and more. This program includes fun, hands on exercises using great local products that you’ll get to take home.

It is for anyone selling products, or interested in selling products, at a farmers  market.

Two nights, one topic, one price!

Refreshments and local food goodies to keep are included in the ticket price.

This is Course 3 in the Food Product Bootcamp series presented by the Onondaga SBDC and Small Potatoes.
