Once your product is on the tips of tongues across your community, the next big challenge is turning that local success into regional presence. Being strategic in your approach to this growth can help you manage this step in a way that’s sustainable, creates fans and loyal customers, and sets you up for long-term success.
For some companies will grow by working with regional and national scale retailers, and others may find that targeting independent channels or smaller agritourism communities offers bigger sales. We’ll look at a number of different approaches, and discuss how to figure out which works best for you.
This program is for farmers and food producers who are looking to sell their products to a larger regional audience outside of Central New York.
